Posted on 12-06-2012 by Astrid Kromhout

Sunday 17th June, at 14.00 p.m., you can meet Redmond O'Hanlon in the Naturalis Auditorium! Listen to this popular British writer and traveller, who has become famous in The Netherlands because of his enthusiastic and knowledgable appearance in the TVseries 'Beagle', about the Beagle voyage of Charles Darwin. Colleague writer Alexander Reeuwijk will interview O'Hanlon about the evolution theories of Charles Darwin en Alfred Russel Wallace. Especially for this occasion, both writers visited our scientific collection to select a few animals to better illustrate evolution. These animals can only be seen on 17th June. Price for this lecture is 10,-, including a 50% discount on the museum entrance. The interview is in English. Please register at evenementen@ncbnaturalis.nl .
